About the exhibition

See the world's best wildlife photographs and be inspired by the diversity of the natural world. The Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition appeals to a wide audience ranging from photography enthusiasts, nature, animal and wildlife lovers, tourists or anybody excited to visit a world-class exhibition.

It is also a perfect family event with a kids quiz for younger audience members in order to help them engage with the images and stories presented in the exhibition.

Although in its 49th year, the Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition has never been on display in Ireland before. The images show outstanding wildlife pictures captured in their natural environment.

The annual contest and exhibition is organised by the Natural History Museum in London and BBC Worldwide. Selected from 43,000 entries by amateur and professional photographers in 96 countries, the 100 award-winning images are beautifully displayed with each image accompanied by its photographer's story and technical details.
